Our society has a real plastic problem. And our plastic problem, has become a BIG problem for the planet. YOU can make a difference by avoiding plastic in your daily life and encouraging others to do the same. Opt instead for plastic-free alternatives and push for new plastic-free solutions when one doesn't exist.
Here are some ways that YOU can
say NO to plastic:

Avoid buying items packaged in plastic.

Stop using plastic straws -- choose metal, bamboo, glass, or silicone

Drink beverages from reusable cups, bottles, or mugs.

Use a canvas tote bag.

Use cloth diapers instead of disposables.

Give up gum. It's made of synthetic rubber, which is a plastic.

Use a bamboo toothbrush.
